Cancellation Policy
For Cancellations of Orders:
Orders cannot be canceled if our facility has shipped and is en route to the destination. If the order has been received (by recorded delivery post), the customer will pay us to return the item (s).
If the goods are faulty, we will fully refund your money or offer a replacement, and we will pay the cost of returning the product to us.
ALL claims for MISSING ITEMS, DAMAGES, and CUSTOMER SERVICE ERRORS must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
