Delivery Policy

1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock when you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order using the original payment method.

2. Delivery Location
Items on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United States. We also accept orders from international customers shipping to addresses in the United States only.

3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. Delivery times are provided as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within two to four days of the date of your order. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note we do not ship/process on weekends.

The delivery date may vary due to the carrier’s shipping practices, the delivery location, the method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Please provide a valid email address and phone number. You will receive notifications from us for your order via email or text. This will include a tracking number and an estimated delivery date.

**As of July 18, 2025, we are shipping all orders exclusively via UPS due to ongoing issues with the USPS. These problems have included delays, misdeliveries, and lost packages. As a result, we will no longer use USPS as our shipping carrier.

4. Delivery Instructions
You can provide special delivery instructions on the checkout page of our website. Also, please let us know if you plan to resell the items you purchase. We’ll apply special “Do Not Crush” stickers to help ensure the boxes aren’t squished during shipping.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight, dimensions of your order, and delivery method. To determine the cost of your order, add the items you want to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

6. Damaged Items in Transport
