If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us with a photo of both the packaging and the damaged item. In your message, please explain why you are requesting a return.

Refunds:

We accept returns on unopened products in their original, undamaged packaging. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of its status.

After inspecting the item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund. You will receive a refund for returned products, excluding any shipping costs.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (or the credit card used for the purchase).

Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the credit within a few days.

Please note: Performing a “patch test” does not guarantee product effectiveness. We do not offer refunds for products that have been opened or used for trial purposes.
