If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please Read Our Blog: Why Isn’t My Anesthetic Working?
Please contact us for instructions on returning your product if it is unused, unopened, and the box is intact.
If your product arrives damaged, please include a photo of the package and damaged product in your email.
Refunds:
We accept unopened products with intact boxes. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund. You will receive a refund for returned products, which will not include shipping costs.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).
Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the credit within a few days.
