Dynarex Gauze Sponge, non-sterile 2 x 2″ 12-ply #3223, is the perfect surgical spot wound gauze bandage with the additional ability to serve multiple functions, allowing the user some flexibility for different wound sites.
Use Dyranex Gauze Pads to wipe, absorb, or saturate blood, serum, or products for various treatments. Dynarex 2×2, 12-ply gauze sponges are easier to use than cotton balls that leave streaks of cotton behind! Dynarex is well known in many industries as a surgical sponge.
The sponge materials allow for better exudate lifting in the wound bed but can also be used for cleaning and preparation materials. The edges are neither exposed nor raw and are folded in to hold exudate better.
Each sponge is 2 inches squared, comes in non-sterile bulk packets, and isn’t made without natural rubber latex.
