Cosmic Numbing Spray is a secondary product used to numb the skin. It should only be applied after the primary numbing (or pre-numbing) phase to ensure effectiveness. This spray is designed to numb the skin when it is open or broken, so it will not work on intact skin. Avoid contact with eyes, and do not use it as an eyeliner for permanent makeup.
The active ingredient in Cosmic is 5% Lidocaine Hydrochloride, which works alongside epinephrine to constrict blood vessels and minimize swelling and bleeding. APPLICATION:
After the initial numbing process (primary or pre-numbing phase), Cosmic is applied as a secondary numbing agent (phase 2) for any of the mentioned procedures. Use a lidocaine numbing cream or gel, and then apply Cosmic, which can be sprayed on body areas.
Transfer Cosmic to a dropper bottle or a treatment pump while using it on the face; carefully avoid the eye area. It is important to note that while it is safe for open or broken skin for most procedures, it should not be used for eyeliner. Extreme caution should be taken when applying near the eyes to avoid eye contact. DO NOT GET INTO THE EYES.
