Please see the instructions below to minimize pain and maximize the anesthetic effect:
- use a thick amount of the cream on the treatment area
- use plastic wrap to cover the cream in the treatment area,
- lidocaine is a volatile ingredient, so cover the area with plastic wrap to help absorb lidocaine into the skin,
- after 30-40 minutes, remove the plastic wrap and the cream as well
- leave the cream on the skin longer for better results
- Don’t remove the plastic wrap until you feel the numbing effect,
- TIP: remove the plastic wrap in sections to prolong numbness.
