Apply Numbing Cream to the Eyes:

Used for tattooing EYE, lip, microblading, permanent cosmetics, waxing, piercing

• With alcohol cotton wool, rub the skin and then put plastic wrap on the eyelid below.
• Use this numbing repeatedly. Wipe for 3-4 minutes, and apply it best with a cotton tip applicator.
• Avoid getting eyelid numbing cream directly into the eyes and ears.
• Use the cream right after breaking the seal. Limit its exposure to air, as this helps prevent the cream from expiring.
• Do not ingest; keep out of reach of children.
• If you have heart problems or worry about blood pressure or circulation, talk to your doctor before using this.
